Description
Helps low-income households pay their energy bill by providing a direct grant payment to an eligible client’s utility or heating provider to help offset the cost of heating their home. Qualified applicants can get help paying for their power bills, kerosene, propane, or for firewood delivery.

Description
Provides permanent upgrades to clients' homes to make them warmer, safer, and more energy efficient. Renters and owners living in houses, apartments, and mobile homes may apply for weatherization services.
Services include:

Replacing or repairing windows and doors

Replacing or repairing non-operational appliances such as water heaters, heaters, microwaves, and refrigerators

Installing low flow water restrictors, LED bulbs, and cover plate gaskets

Installing ceiling, wall, and floor insulation
